Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 7 to the Utility Coordination/Relocation Services contract between Williamson County and Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. relating to the Corridor and Road Bond Program. Project: On-Call Fund Source: Corridor & Road Bonds
Background
The Williamson County Road Bond and Corridor Program Contract for On-Call Utility Coordination and Relocation Services contains Insurance requirements under Article 25. Additional language is proposed to allow for the consideration of reduced insurance coverage limit requirements for Engineer's subcontractors/subconsultants, with a written request for approval. This additional language shall not relieve or decrease the liability of the Prime Engineer.
