Background
The Parks Department seeks to replace an expiring malfunction device at River Ranch County Park. The replacement unit will be added to the Phase II Lease Schedule of Managed Print and Copier Services and Multifunction Devices (Copy/Print/Scan) through Sharp Electronics Corporation approved by the Commissioner's Court on 11/8/22. Requested device is an BP-70C31 for $135.33 per month for 60 months to begin 2/1/24.
