Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a contract extension with Accelerated Card Company, LLC dba Certified Payments in order to allow additional time to complete the solicitation process. 

Per County Tax Assessor-Collector’s Office request, an additional extension has been requested to allow additional time to complete the award on new solicitation #23RFP82 for these services. This extension will expire September 30, 2024. The first (1) extension term expired on September 30, 2022, the second (2) extension term expired on December 31, 2022, the third (3) extension term expired on March 30, 2023, and the fourth (4) extension term expired September 30, 2023.  There is no expenditure for the county.  All merchant service fees are paid by the customers making the payments. Department point of contact is Larry Gaddes.
