Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Funding Agreement #2024116 between Williamson County and Simple Sparrow Care Farm for housing services for $30,000.00, exempting the purchase from competitive bidding requirements under Tex. Government Code 2254.002(2)(A)(v) Medicine, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this agreement will benefit the Williamson County Family Recovery Court by providing occupational therapy for court participants. There is no General Fund budget impact for services rendered under this Funding Agreement. Funding Source is 464P. Department Point of Contact is Ronald Morgan.
