Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointing Stephen Balderas to ESD #3 board with the term to commence February 27th and continue until December 31st, 2025.
Background
Stephen is currently a Parent Support Specialist for the Hutto ISD district. He was born and raised a Hippo.
When he graduated from Hutto High School, his graduating class was only 38 students, and the entire population in Hutto was less than 700. He puts it into perspective, one elementary campus today has more than that entire population of Hutto back when he graduated. His wife is also a Hutto HS graduate and all his kids have graduated and/or are currently attending Hutto ISD. Faith, family and football (Go Philly) are his favorite things, and he loves cooking and eating good old Texas BBQ!
His roots ae and always will be in Hutto, and he feels lucky to serve in a community that means so much to him and his family.
