Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve a Resolution Authorizing the County Judge to Execute Certificates Expressing Official Intent to reimburse costs of projects.
Background
A reimbursement resolution will be made on all expenditures for the 2023 Road Bond program until the bond issuance in March or April 2024. Once the bonds are issued, the expenditures that we incurred and paid out of the general fund will be reimbursed.
