Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement #2424142 for fencing for Brushy Creek Regional Train Phase V between Williamson County and Texas Ranch Enhancements LLC to provide fence and fence installation services in the amount of $15,500.00 and authorizing execution of the Agreement.
Background
This project is for fencing work to be performed along Brush Creek Regional Trail Phase V, located next to Transom tract and Johnson tract of land south of Sam Bass road. The work includes installing wood privacy fence to prevent trespassing along Johnson property and Ranch fencing along Transom Property. This was part of a trail easement contract agreement. Vendor has been utilized before for fencing project. Funding source is P 551, 2019 Park Bond. The point of contact is Emsud Horozovic.
