Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Statement of Work #2024143 between Williamson County and CDW Government, LLC for Active Directory Remediation for a total amount of $69,880.00, pursuant to Omnia contract #R210401, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

Approval of this statement of work will provide professional services to help Information Systems with Active Directory cleanup. Williamson County currently utilizes Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Microsoft Entra ID (Formally known As Azure AD), DUO MFA and Microsoft Active Directory Federated Domain (AD FS) services as its combined identity management solution. The county experienced an issue in which the Active Directory Domain Controllers were not communicating, and the Active Directory Domain Services environment was not functional.  The document attached outlines the details of the work to be performed.  Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004100 per FY24 budget.
