Engineers as the Project Engineer, and approving, in the public interest, assigning the price criteria a weighted value of not less than 36.9 percent of the total weighted value of all selection criteria. The Funding Source 445P Jail, 445A, TASK 2.1.
Background
Williamson County is seeking a General Contractor for Williamson County Jail South Boiler Renovations Project with a substantial completion date of 200 days. The County intends to renovate the domestic hot water and exhaust system at the existing South Jail Facility, located at 306 W. 4th Street, Georgetown, TX. The project includes all utilities and drainage to structures. The County intends to utilize the one-step selection process for this solicitation and award. The Funding Source is ARPA, 445P FIBER IMPROVEMENT, 445A, TASK 2.1, approved for $1,933,000.00. Point of Contact is Trenton Jacobs, Facilities Management.
