Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ16 Wilco Environmental Services to Kemble White IV dba Cambrian Environmental and SWCA, Inc. dba SWCA Environmental Consultants in the max payable amount of $300,000.00 for each contract and authorize the execution of the agreements.
Background
Williamson County sent out six thousand three hundred (6,300) notifications with one hundred and twenty-one (121) document takers and received thirteen (13) responses. Williamson County solicited qualifications of firms interested in providing Environmental Services to assist Williamson County staff in planning, designing, and constructing Road Bond projects, Road & Bridge Division Projects, Facility projects and assist with the Williamson County Habitat Conservation program. Based on the attached supporting documentation, the Environmental Services Selection Committee recommends the selection of Cambrian Environmental and SWCA Environmental Consultants which were the top-ranked firms from the evaluation process. The funding source is 01.0200.0210.004100 and Road Bonds and the point of contact is Bob Daigh.
