Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ13 Wilco Land Surveying Services to Diamond Surveying, Inc., Austin Survey Company LLC dba Inland Geodectics, Landesign Services, Inc., McGray & McGray Land Surveyors, Inc., Surveying and Mapping, LLC, SURVTEX, LLC, SurvWest, LLC, and Walker Texas Surveyors, Inc. in the maximum payable amount of Five Hundred Thousand dollars ($500,000.00) for each contract and authorize the execution of the agreements.
Background
Williamson County sent out eight hundred fifty-eight (858) notifications with eighty-two (82) document takers and received twenty (20) responses. Williamson County solicited qualifications for land surveying services to assist Williamson County staff in planning, designing and construction of Road Bond projects, Road & Bridge Division projects and Williamson County Facility projects. Based on the attached supporting documentation, the Wilco Land Surveying Services Selection Committee recommends the selection of Diamond Surveying, Inland Geodectic, Landesign Services, McGray & McGray Land Surveyors, Surveying and Mapping, SURVTEX, LLC, SurvWest, LLC and Walker Texas Surveyors which were the top ranked firms from the evaluation process. The funding Source is 01.0200.0210.004150 and Road Bonds, and the point of contact is Bob Daigh.
