Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ10 Wilco Liquid Asphalt Testing to Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC and Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories, LLC, in the maximum payable amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) for each contract and authorize the execution of the agreements.

Background

Williamson County sent out six thousand two hundred and ninety (6290) notifications with nineteen (19) document takers and two (2) submittals. Williamson County solicited qualifications for engineering firms interested in providing liquid asphalt, foamed asphalt, emulsions, and asphaltic concrete testing services to assist Williamson County staff in planning, designing, and constructing Road Bond projects, Road & Bridge Division Projects and Williamson County facility projects. Based on the attached supporting documentation, the Liquid Asphalt Testing Selection Committee recommends the selection of Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (contact pending receipt of Form 1295) and Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories, LLC (Form 1295 received). The funding Source is 01.0200.0210.004100 and Road Bonds and the point of contact is Bob Daigh.
