Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Purchase and Service Agreement #2024168, with Texas AirSystems, LLC., for the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) HVAC replacement for Facilities Management in the amount of $59,080.00, pursuant to Cooperative Contract #TIPS 22010601, and authorize execution of the agreement.

Background

This Purchase and Service Agreement between Williamson County and Texas AirSystems, LLC., relates to the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) HVAC replacement at 3151 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, Tx 78626. Scope of Work which is detailed in the attached Quote being marked as Exhibit “A” includes, inter alia, Heat Pump and AHU Replacements and MAU Duct for 2 AHU’s above Mechanics offices. Funding Source is 01.0100.1026.004509. Point of contact is Christy Matoska.
