Background
Williamson County sent out two thousand three hundred thirty (2,330) notifications with forty-five (45) document takers and received one (1) vendor submission. The submittal has been reviewed and the only apparent bid, Dan Williams Company was found to be responsive, mathematically correct, and materially balanced. Dan Williams Company has performed similar work on other projects and received positive references from those contacted. The Road and Bridge Department recommends Williamson County award this solicitation to Dan Williams Company. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.003599 and point of contact is Jenifer Favreau.
