Background
The Huitt-Zollars, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $400,000.00 from $700,000.00 to $1,100,000.00 to allow for the execution of a SWA to revise schematic alignments to match new typical section and for the southern end to tie into US 79 in-line with existing FM 619 at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. No other changes are proposed at this time.
