Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on funding new positions at 15% over the minimum for the Fiscal Year 2025 budget process.
Background
Current practice is to budget new civilian positions at 8% over the minimum of the grade. There has been some discussion and several requests over the past few years to increase this amount.
