Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
Background
A line item transfer is requested to cover the short fall in Video Tapes/CD/DVD. Various sized USB drives used by all departments within the Law Enforcement Division. A large number of USB drives are used for Open Record requests. Each request requires 2 USB drives; one for the Requestor or AG's Office and one for records retention. Due to evolving technology, computers no longer come with DVD drives.
