Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Service Contract between Williamson County and Rock Collision Center LLC. for repairs to thirty- seven (37) county vehicles damaged by hail with a not-to-exceed amount of $144,650.72 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

The approval of this contract will allow Rock Collison Center LLC. to service and repair future Williamson County vehicles that were damaged by hail. On the March 5, 2024 agenda, item #31 was approved in relation to vehicle repairs stemming from hail damage. The following line item numbers are based on the departmental vehicle repairs:
