Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Services Contract #2024196 with Flooring Solutions, Inc. to replace flooring at the Central Maintenance Facility in the amount of $5,820.00 pursuant to cooperative Sourcewell contract #080819-MCD.

Background

Requisition #134591 was submitted by the Department of Infrastructure – Road & Bridge Division to replace flooring at the Central Maintenance Facility as outlined in the Proposal. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of current flooring, installation of new flooring, materials for wall base, and labor for installation. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.004509.
