Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Jarrell for resurfacing of Ronald Reagan Boulevard.
Background
The County will resurface a portion of Ronald Reagan Boulevard, including a segment that is within the existing limits of the City of Jarrell. The City of Jarrell will reimburse the County for all costs incurred by this resurfacing within the City's limits in an amount not to exceed $1,410,000.00. The City of Jarrell approved the Interlocal Agreement at their March 5, 2024 City Council meeting.
