Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the End-User Information Form (EUIF) #2024211 between Williamson County and Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC. This agreement is representative of two (2) previously approved purchase orders.
Background
The approval of End-User Information Form (EUIF)associated with PO 186178 will benefit Williamson County with annual maintenance for the telephone system with an annual cost of $103,930.20. The approval of the same End-User Information Form (EUIF) associated with PO 186216 will benefit Williamson County's Service Desk, Tax, and Animal Shelter for customers calling with questions with an annual cost of $27,683.28. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004500 as per FY24 budget. The department point of contact is Rory Tierney. Cisco is a publicly traded company, 1295 form not required.
