Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Amendment to Subrecipient Agreement between Williamson County and Lonestar Regional Water Authority water project, funded from The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

The City of Jarrell has asked Lonestar Regional Water Authority to design a water pump station and ground storage tank. They are asking to amend it from a 1 million gallon elevated tank to a .5 million gallon elevated tank with a pumping station. They would like for the ARPA grant money to be used to build that ground storage tank and water pump station instead of building the 1065-foot elevated tank in this phase. The City, when financing is available, would then build the elevated tank on the same site at their expense to a 1065-foot overflow elevation.
