Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #24RFP52 Learning Management System to Cranium Holdings, Inc. dba Business Training Library, LLC "BizLibrary" in the amount of $155,320.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The Purchasing Department solicited sealed bids under RFP #24RFP52 Learning Management System. There were over four thousand (4,000) invitations sent out, eighty-five (85) document takers and thirteen (13) submissions were received. The evaluation team recommends awarding #24RFP52 to BizLibrary due to their public sector references submitted, extensive original content, unique video-based micro-learning methods, customer service continuity, value-adds and overall learner experience. BizLibrary completed the response in its entirety, meets the requested scope of work and most closely aligns with the desired system attributes. The not-to-exceed amount is $155,320.00 per year. This contract will be for three (3) year contract with two (2) year optional renewals thereafter and additional renewal years for 2,000 licenses.
