Background
Justice of the Peace, PCT 1 is requesting a line item transfer in the amount of $3,000.00 to cover the Communication by Hand invoice that was submitted in the amount of $2,210.00 for two small claims jury trials that lasted 8.5 hours. In addition, the interpreter budget line has a negative balance of $84.95 and the invoices for the language line on average are about $130.00 to $185.00 a month for August and September that will be coming in.
