Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Ronald Reagan Boulevard Segment D2 contract between Williamson County and American Structurepoint, Inc. relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program. Project: P674 Fund Source: Road Bonds

The ASI Contract Amendment No. 1 amends Article 5 to increase the compensation cap by $1,200,000.00 from $1,600,000.00 to $2,800,000.00, extends the limits of the project by approximately one mile east of Sun City Boulevard to just before SH 195, and adds two new work categories to the Exhibit D Rate Schedule under sub-consultant Garver. This will allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 authorizing the design of this additional length of the roadway including a signal at Sun City Boulevard and design of a bridge over Berry Springs. The final submittal dates for design phase services reflect no change.
