Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement #2024251 between Williamson County and FP Mailing Solutions, Inc. for leasing a postage meter for the monthly charge of $37.00 for sixty (60) months for a combined total of $2,220.00, and authorizing the execution of the addendum.
Background
Approval of this addendum will support the operations of the Williamson County Constable precinct 1. By approving this agreement, Constable Precinct 1 will be able to print and file records and postage imprinting. The monthly cost for the postage meter is $37.00 per month and will be billed annually at $444.00. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0551.004216 as per the FY25 budget. Department point of contact is Patrick Youngren. Vendor is publicly traded, Form 1295 is not required.
