Background
This agreement is for Wi-Fi support to Williamson County to allow access to certain Software, Cloud Services and Services offered as suites and add-ons. This license is for the wireless access points in county facilities. It allows us to manage the devices through the Cisco "cloud". This agreement is for five (5) years from July 2024–July 2029 Meraki EA total $181,692.00, FY24 yr 1 of 5; $36,338.40 per year; DIR-TSO-4167. The Point of Contact Richard Semple. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004500. This vendor is publicly traded, therefore a 1295 form is not required.
