Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a policy requiring that an Authorized Use Agreement be approved by the Williamson County Commissioners Court prior to any individual, department or office authorizing and allowing third parties other than members of the news media and the Williamson County Public Affairs Office to conduct motion picture or other video photography filming activities in facilities owned, leased or used by any Williamson County office or department.
