Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal (GMP) No. 3 – Headquarters Building with awarded 22RFP148 Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) New Headquarters Building, Chasco Contractors, Ltd. L.L.P, in the amount of Sixty-Eight Million, Six Hundred Sixty-One Thousand, Two Hundred Thirty-Four Dollars ($68,661,234.00) and authorize the execution of the GMP between Chasco Constructors, Ltd. L.L.P, and Williamson County. The funding source is P577.
