Williamson County, et al.; Civil Action No. 1:21-cv-00374-RP; United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division; and exemption of those services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Section 262.024(a)(4), Texas Local Government Code.
