Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Emergency Services.
Background
Emergency Services is requesting this line item transfer from EMS in the amount of $1,000.00 to combine with our current available funds, to submit a requisition for application to our original purchase order 184596 for Dr. Tania Glenn. This amount will allow us to pay for the projected expenses that will close out the fiscal year higher than our original $45,000.00 contracted and budgeted amount. Auditor's Office was made aware of this request since it is from EMS (0540) to Emergency Services (0583) budget. Currently, Dr. Tania Glenn services are utilized by all departments under Emergency Services. An amendment to this contract was approved in court on 7/2/24 increasing the amount to $70,000.00.
