Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Consent to Contract Assignment between Knight Security (the Assignor), and Mobile Communications America (MCA) (the Assignee) relating to the Juvenile Justice Center security upgrades, and authorizing the execution of the Consent to Assignment.
Background
Knight Security has changed to Mobile Communications America (MCA). The Consent to Contract Assignment will complete the transition process by transferring the Williamson County services contract to Mobile Communications America (MCA). The department's point of contact is Don Heflin.
