Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for All County Courts at Law.
Background
Estimating we will need another $90K distributed among several line items to pay invoices through 9/30/2024. Invoices in hand but not yet submitted total $22,236. While transferring funds out of salary lines is prohibited by policy, this transfer comes from a position that has been vacant all year. Funding is sufficient to cover the transfer as well as leave two months of salary in the salary line/budget if needed.
