Background
The permit requests the approval of an intensive archeological survey and a reconnaissance-level historic resources survey required by the Texas Historical Commission on the Seward Junction Loop North project west of US 183. No investigations will take place until a permit is received from the Texas Historical Commission. Portions of this attached application have been redacted prior to placing on the court agenda, to protect restricted information. Redacted information will be included in the application to the Texas Historical Commission.
