Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving contract #2024274 for Additional Software Licenses between Williamson County and Tenex Software Solutions, Inc., not to exceed $159,900 for initial term and authorizing the execution of the Agreement and exempting the purchase from competitive bidding under Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(D); captive replacement parts or components for equipment and authorizing the execution of the contract.

The approval of this contract would be an amendment to the addendum between Williamson County's Election Department and Tenex Software Solutions, Inc. for the Precinct Central software. Precinct Central is used on the electronic poll books (EPBs) purchased from Tenex and uses Express Link integration to function with the ES&S voting equipment. The amendment adds one-hundred (100) additional licenses not to exceed $159,900.00 for the initial term.
