Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement #2024272 for the purchase of bulk water through a fire hydrant meter between Manville Water Supply Corporation and Williamson County for CR 460 per the attached quote and execution of the agreement.
Background
Per the quote, the construction meter is for temporary use for a period up to twelve (12) months. If a longer period is needed, a three (3) month extension must be submitted and approved. There will be a $75.00 (non prorated) monthly base charge in addition to water purchased at $10.00 per thousand. A membership fee of $100.00 and security deposit amount of $2,000.00 will be required. Form 1295 is not required. The funding source is 01.0200.0210.004430 and the point of contact is Jenifer Favreau.
