Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the agreement between Williamson County and Social News Desk for a social media management tool for Public Affairs in FY25.
Background
Williamson County Public Affairs included funding in the FY 25 budget, which was approved by the Commissioners Court, to utilize Social News Desk as our social media management tool. The agreement is for FY25. Placing the item on the agenda now will give us complimentary access until Sept. 30, at which point the agreement will begin starting Oct. 1, 2024, for 12 months.
