Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving purchase of two (2) ½ ton PPV pick-up trucks for a total of $113,156.25 from Lake Country Chevrolet for Hazmat and Sheriff’s Office through TIPS cooperative contract #210907 and issuance of purchase order.
 

Background

These vehicles will benefit the Sheriff’s Office and the Hazmat Department.  These units are approved in the FY 24 budget.  The order previously placed with another dealer was unable to be filled.  These units are available now and funded for FY 24. 

Hazmat:  2024 White Silverado 4WD Crew Cab $55,875.50
Sheriff’s Office:  2024 Black Silverado 4WD Crew Cab $57,280.75

Quotes are attached.  Hazmat 01-0100-0542-005700, Sheriff’s Office 01-0100-0560-005700.  From 1295 is attached.  Point of Contact is Joy Simonton and Kevin Teller.
