Discuss and take appropriate action on the Community Development Block Grant 2024-2028 Consolidated Plan and the 2024 Annual Action Plan.
Background
Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY24 funding allocation of $2,115,309 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income households and areas throughout the County. The County also accepted Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding in the amount of $162,125. Projects included in the plan were approved on June 25, 2024. This is a request for the final approval of the 2024-2028 Consolidated Plan and the 2024 Annual Action Plan.
