Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amendment to Standard Agreement with Local Governmental Entity regarding Off-Duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies by and between Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility District, Williamson County Sheriff's Office and Williamson County, Texas relating to an amendment to the vehicle reimbursement amount. 

On August 22, 2023, the Standard Agreement with Highlands at Mayfield Ranch MUD was approved in Commissioners Court for a three year period at a $13.00/hour vehicle reimbursement rate effective October 1, 2023. Judge Gravell executed this Standard Agreement on the same day. On June 18, 2024, the Commissioners Court approved to increase the vehicle reimbursement rate to $14.00 per hour effective October 1, 2024. Since the current Standard Agreement does not expire until September 30, 2026, the Sheriff's Office is presenting this amendment with Highlands at Mayfield Ranch MUD for the vehicle rate increase.
