Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an Amendment to the Subreceipient Agreement Between Williamson and Bluebonnet Trails Community Services for Housing and Prevention of Homelessness.  

This amendment does not change the budget amount awarded to Bluebonnet Trails Community Services (BTCS) to operate the Housing and Prevention of Homelessness project.  Appendix B or Project Budget/Allowable Expenses simplifies the budget and will allow BTCS to more effectively use the allocated funds.  The original agreement broke down the budget into categories of Interim Housing (Rent, Deposits and utilities) - $55,000; Food Cost - $5,000: Transportation Cost - $18,000; and Clothing Costs - $5,000, for a total of $83,000.  The revised budget combines the detailed line items into one line item called Client Support Costs, which is also $83,000.  This will ensure that when client needs are identified, they will be able to be met, if within the allocated funding.  The body of the original ARPA agreement did not change, only the budget.  

The Amendment to BTCS Homelessness Agreement has been reviewed by Contract Audit, the Auditor's Office and Legal.
