Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Rancho Del Cielo Phase 4 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next phase of the Rancho Del Cielo development. It consists of 210 single family lots, 2 landscape lots, and 5,305 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $1,774,747.60 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.  Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this final plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2024-05-22 – 1st review complete with comments
2024-07-26 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2024-08-07 – 2nd review complete with comments
2024-09-17 – receipt of financial security for remaining construction 
2024-10-30 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2024-11-06 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2024-11-14 – County Engineer approval letter sent
2024-11-14 – final plat placed on the November 19, 2024 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
