Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System under RFP #25RFP21.
Background
Williamson County is seeking proposals from qualified firms for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to support countywide solutions to support Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Information Technology Services, Human Resources and various reporting options. This is a collaborative effort between multiple departments. The County Auditor is the project sponsor. The Budget is P710, 2025 CIP and the subsequent CIP Budget. Point of Contact is Julie Kiley.
