Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to the General Fund Revenue.
Background
This budget amendment is to recognize Insurance Reimbursement from a contractor for the roof at the Justice Center. The funds are being allocated to the appropriate expenditure line items to cover the repairs and other damages along with the agreed settlement.
