Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Professional Service Agreement (MPSA) #2025110 not to exceed $500,000 and associated Work Authorization #1 between Williamson County and Gradient Professional Solutions, LLC for Advisement and Support and exempting the contract from the competitive bid process per TGC 2254.002 (2)(A)(i) accounting as a Professional Service, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

Approval of this MPSA will engage Gradient for the County Auditor to provide advisement and support in a capacity similar to senior level accounting staff during a focused period of time to assist the County Auditor’s leadership in meeting certain finance-related objectives. Attached is the MPSA and a Work Authorization #1 not to exceed $75,000 which outlines the details of the work to be performed. The total not-to-exceed amount is $500,000.00. Origination #1895.
