Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing a Master Service Contract No 2025109 with F.A. Bartlett Tree Expert Company d/b/a Bartlett Tree Experts for Tree Trimming, in the not exceed amount of Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) per fiscal year, pursuit to Choice Partners Cooperative # 24/048MR-04 and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
This Contract for Tree Trimming services shall be in full force and effect when signed by all parties and shall continue for the current fiscal year through July 28, 2025.
