Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Memorandum of Agreement between Williamson County & Cities Health District and Williamson County related to the payment and testing associated with blood-borne pathogen exposure in the event a Williamson County EMS employee has a blood-borne exposure.
Background
The MOA outlines the responsibilities of each party in the event a Williamson County EMS employee has a blood-borne exposure and the patient is not transferred to the emergency department. The agreement has been reviewed and approved by WilCo legal.
