Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Nolina Phase 1 Section 3 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Nolina development.  It consists of 100 residential lots, 1 drainage lot, 2 HOA landscape lots, and with 3,872 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,338,972.80 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2024-10-16 – initial submittal of the final plat
2024-11-15 – 1st review complete with comments
2024-12-03 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2024-12-18 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2024-12-23 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2025-01-06 – 3rd review complete with clear comments
2025-01-22 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2025-01-23 – final plat placed on the January 28, 2025, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
