Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Lariat Sections 14-16 subdivision – Precinct 2.
Background
This subdivision includes the next sections of the Lariat development. It consists of 227 residential lots, 17 open space lots, 7 open space/drainage lots, 4 drainage/pond lots, and 15,007 linear feet of new roads to be maintained by the North San Gabriel MUD No. 1. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $3,934,951.83 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
