Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Contract #2025120 between Williamson County and Dogggett Equipment Services d/b/a Toyota Lift of South Texas for Preventative Maintenance and Specialized Training on the Forklift used in Elections for $400.00, and authorizing the execution of the service contract.

This service contract #2025120 with Doggett Equipment Services d/b/a Toyota Lift of South Texas, will be for preventative maintenance on the forklift used in the Elections Department and specialized training on that forklift for (2) Elections warehouse employees. The cost of this training session will be $400.00. This Service Agreement will cover future service on the Election's forklift with Doggett Equipment Service and will be good for 12 months with auto-renewals for an additional (3) one-year terms. The funding source is 01.0100.0492.004541 for FY25.
